In this unit we've seen that the bond between the teacher and the student is very crucial in the learning process. Which brings up many different aspects of teaching that teachers should consider. Such as, teacher's behavior, differences in students culture and age, how to interact and how to care. There are many obstacles between the learner and the teacher. Therefore, a good teacher will know how to motivate and care for the student. To conclude the topic, a good teacher will likely have good learners, but a great teacher will inspire and care for the student learning rather than his own teaching. It is all very fundamental. The teacher is there to teach, but also to educate the learner. That is why we are responsible of them either young or old and should respect and love teaching them.
