Unit Twenty deals with Troubleshooting any problems that new teachers may commonly find in their classrooms. Some of these potential problems may include working with reluctant students, having an overly large class and/or an extra large classroom, mixed levels of language learners, working with an existing classes versus brand new classes that have just started. In an existing class, the students already know each other, while the teacher will have to build rapport. In a new class, the students will also need to get to know each other as well as the teacher. There are several ideas introduced here for \"warming\" exercises for a teacher to use while meeting and greeting her class. She should always participate in these warmers and the introduction should be a fun time instead of a serious lesson.
