Some theorists suggest that Lesson Planning is not a good idea as it creates a more fixed, teacher centered lesson. However, it is very difficult for inexperienced teachers to be able to be as flexible as students need. In fact the writing of lesson plans has a number of important functions such as An Aid to Planning, A Working Document and A Record. So, as we should plan lesson, this unit has developed many rules around this planning such as How should a lesson plan be written down, Being organized, What should be include in a lesson plan, Monitoring your lessons, Planning a sequence of lessons. At this stage, I will personally say that, it is not a matter of being experienced teacher or not, we should plan the lesson to make sure that the program is well understood and cover and for future needs.
