This was an interesting section for me since I am learning this information for the first time. Modals auxiliary verbs can be used to express formality at different levels some more polite than others. English uses two voices which are active and passive. The tense of the sentence remains the same for both voices. A clause uses a group of words using both subject and verb. English uses phrasal verbs which are multi-word verbs. This is the final section on grammar I have learned many grammar rules that I was not aware of. This has been very interesting and challenging for me. English is a colorful language. I am currently living in Thailand. I have been teaching a young lady who works for us, the information I have learned from your course. She is doing quite well, I am excited to hear her progress.
