The instructor can apply his or her voice correctly by using language at the level being taught, and to speak clearly and slowly. Gestures can be useful to help reduce Teacher Talking Time. Gestures can also be used to add to or convey meaning. Gestures may also be used to add visual interest and to increase or decrease the class pace. So the use of eyes, voice and gestures can aid in class management. Other tools include class organization, task grouping, and classroom arrangement.
