This unit taught the seven common future tenses that are used in the English language. I learned the various tenses and how students often confuse these tenses. This unit provided teaching ideas that can be used to help explain each future tense along with examples that make their usages more clear. The future tense seems more complex and difficult than the past and present tense in previous units. I feel this is because there are seven listed where as the other tenses had four listed. Also in the future tense, you can use two present tenses to convey future ideas. Overall, I feel this lesson was easy enough to understand and by the time the study information has been covered and the task sheet completed, I feel more confident in understanding the future tenses of the English language to teach others.
