This unit was about different kinds of situations that teacher will face in the classroom. It is very important for the teacher to establish rapport with the students from the first lesson. This will set the tone for future lessons and help everything run smoothly. A teacher must show interest in both the students and their job. Throughout the school year a teacher will face challenges such as having students of different levels, however, a good teacher must make the effort to shorten the gap and facilitate in order to reach all students. Another problem a teacher might face is having students who are reluctant to study. A teacher must use different techniques such as using pair work, role-play or controlled practice in order to help students find an interesting in learning and of course, participating.
