Well, I think that in the point of what is a good teacher or what is a good student? in a certain point relative and subjetive, depending on the social and cultural environment where we take account; the same on the features of each level of the learner, therefore I think is better to see from the psychological point of view (about the process of learning with evidence). The features of teacher are intersting, we can add more, for example a teacher also could be a mentor, thinking to give examples when apply each one. Also I feel that there is not any chapter talking about the conexion between the teacher and the learner as matching what is the meaning of teaching and learning?, not only saying this are the qualities of a \"good teacher/learner\" like we should fit into it; there are some point in the learners that are very good, but feeling a little more of explanation. What is the importance of memorizing the name of The Common European Framework level? at least we need something that explain why this levels are called like that. Motivation is a very good point for discussing. For me was a very good reflection remembering always our responsability as a teacher and how we are compromised within ourselves and with themselves, after all we are contributing for the Education of the students that will have some role in this society.
