Having a lesson plan is important because it allows teacher to think through the stages of lesson in relation to available time, it creates a record of what class has already done and what materials have been used. Lesson plan also gives something to refer to during the lesson. It must be noted that a lesson plan should have a clear structure and balance of skills while the teacher should be careful not to script the lesson, he or she should leave room for flexibility and adaptation. Teacher should be organized and make sure that he has the lesson plan together with all the required aids and materials. Lesson's plan should contain learner objectives, personal aims, language point, teaching aids, anticipated problems, procedure, phase, timing, interaction, class level, number of students, date and time, his name and observer's name but its adaptation is up to the individual. Being a good teacher requires continuous self-monitoring, it helps to recognize the lessons' weaknesses and improve the quality of them, therefore self evaluation form also can be very handy for future lesson's planning.
