It is obvious, that every teacher should pay special attention to these aspects, as they carry out a key role in the effective learning process. Moreover, the information about the advantages and disadvantages of grouping students is of great importance, as it may help the teacher to choose the appropriate type of work for the class activity. The teacher should also be aware of pluses and minuses of each type of the classroom arrangement, which may help him/ her to create the effective learning environment for the students. In addition this unit covers important aspects of the balance between teacher talking time and student talking time, which depends on the type of the class activity. Every teacher should focus on the establishing of rapport in the class as it influences the success of the class. Finally the unit describes the reasons for problematic behaviour during the class and gives important tip how to prevent these problems or to solve them. All the information from this unit will help me to create successful lessons in future and overcome all the possible difficulties.
