Unit 3 includes the most common methods and techniques that related to EFL teaching today. There are at least ten useful and effective elicitation techniques that teachers can vary during a lesson to avoid boredom and predictability. All ESA lessons include three components such as engage, study and activate. In the Engage phase teachers prepare a conducive language learning atmosphere through music, games, stories etc and involve students to think and speak in English as much as possible before to the next phase of lesson. Study is the stage where students focus on the language and how it's constructed, moreover this phase is mostly for corrections students' errors by teachers. Communication games, debates, story writing etc are related to Activate phase where is focus more on fluency instead of accurancy. All ESA lessons start with an Engage stage and finish with an Activate stage. Giving positive feedbacks is also important part of thee teaching process, that helps to evaluate students' success and progress. Making errors is a part of the learning process. Students could correct themselves if they know that something isn't accurate or they know where the error is and what kind of error it is. If students are unable to correct their mistakes, other students are allowed to do help them. These two options are better for students, because it lets them to identify the problem and correct it without teachers' help, i.e. they will avoid these mistakes in future.
