Unit 4 covers the present tenses; More specifically the Present Simple, Present Continuous, Present Perfect, and Present Perfect Continuous tenses. Each section goes into detail positive, negative and question form with examples for how each type of tense is constructed. I do admit that these are much more in depth than what is normally taught during mandatory school years, so I feel that it is extremely helpful for an ESL teacher to learn. Helpful in the sense that not only are example sentences given, but sentence structures are laid out in a clear way so applying any verb or subject will be easy to conjugate as well as teach to L2 English learning students.
