This unit talks about teaching pronunciation and phonology, which is one of the most neglected aspect by the majorities. To begin with, the unit describe how to interpret a sentence with intonation and word stress, word stress have many usage rules. In a sentence, the meaning can variate depend on the choice of stress word. The second half of the unit was exploring a universal pronunciation method along with the explanation of various articulation. In the end, despite the great challenge i was encountering, with time well spent, i have learned how to use phonemic chart, the principles and methods behinds it, also know how to teach pronunciation and phonology.
