A little bit of confusion over some terms at first but all came together in the end. Worked well with the addition of content review (patchwork, straight arrow & boomerang). ESA sections for introduction of vocab, grammar and language functions all follow a fairly similar pattern which is really good as it makes rules for setting activities to different lesson sections a lot easier to follow. I'm enjoying the course so far and finding the information covered to really be practical in a teaching environment. Some teachers I know have been explaining similar ideas to me and now I can see their use and reason for being part of teacher training courses like this one.
