I feel that this was a solid, well thought out chapter on Classroom Management. I agree with your emphasis on instructions that use simple language as well as the use of realia and visual aids. Multi-sensory learning is very important, especially to pupils with learning differences (ie: dyslexia) and slower processing speeds. I have found the use of gestures to be very helpful in my classes of younger learners. With respect, I feel that Comprehensible Input is the foundation of any langauge program. Without it, pupils risk internalizing the natural mistakes that they hear from one another. Teacher Talk Time is crucial to successful lessons when used as a resource.
