Unit 2 review This unit mainly covers the basics of the ?parts of speech? of the English language in the perspective of their usages, types and rules. The way it presents each item is quite clear and systematic which gives me a good idea of the role each part of speech plays in a sentence. Also, the examples in the chapter helped me clarify similar ideas and inspired me to use them as good examples in my English teaching later. Apart from that, I am informed that certain grammar items are generally more difficult to understand than others for students whose mother tongue is not English and the more I read about grammar, the better I understand it.
