In this unit i learned how a good teacher should be and the difference between a bad learner and a good learner. I feel a good teacher should always be in control of the lesson but also be open with the learners. It is also important to know how to deal with different age groups and different ages will learn at a different pace or in a different way, e.g. Adults who chose to learn are there because they want to be there and that is their motivation, whereas children or teenagers are usually in class because they have to be and would rather focus on friendship than learning, so teenagers for instance would need to be taught in a different way than younger learners.
