This unit examine the qualities , roles and responsibilities of both teachers and students in the classroom. It also gives some characteristics of a good teacher such as ; .A good teacher should be kind and patient. .A good teacher should really love teaching. .A good teacher should be lively and entertaining. .A good teacher should be able to motivate learners . .A good teacher has a good subject knowledge .Etc It goes further to mentioned some of the roles of a teacher in the classroom such as the Manager or controller role , Organizer , Assessor just to name a few. On the other hand as concerns the learner , factors that need to be considered are , Age , Culture , language level and motivation for learning . It also goes further to give some characteristics of a good student such as; .A willingness to listen to the language. .A desire to experiment with the language. .A willingness to ask questions . Etc I have learn that a good teacher most love teaching , be kind and patient , motivate and encourage the students and finally , i have also learn that a good teacher will most likely produced successful students.
