I really learned a lot from this unit. First, I began to realize teacher's eye contact, voice and gestures can dilever different messages to the students . For example, teacher's eye contact can maintain discipline, show students they are all invovled and indicate who is to speak and so on. Second, the advantages and disadvantages of grouping, like whole class grouping can let the students to communicate with different students and create a sense of belonging in the group,but it reduces the students's talking time. Thirdly, there are several types of classroom arrangement, for instance, orderly rules, circle and horseshoe etc.
