A technique for vocab teaching follows the typical E-S-A structure, but patchwork ESA, and Boomerang ESA can be effective as well when teaching vocab and grammar too. This lesson provides good examples of classroom activities that use the Arrow ESA, Boomerang ESA, and patchwork ESA.
