This part gave me a larger understanding of the difference between simple, perfect, and continuous for all tenses. I admit was trouble with the differences in the present tense, but I found that the knowledge here helped me fill in the gaps by giving me a better idea how each of these respectively fit in a sentence, IE continuous means the act continued over a period of time that does not need to be specified. The biggest thing this section didn't answer though, is the difference between present perfect and past simple. I asked the tutor this question, so hopefully by the time your reading this I'll have a better grasp on this.
