When we land a job of teaching clients, teaching is not the only task we have to do. First we need to assess the students' english levels, then what exactly they need. Based on results of both we most likely will need to design the course syllabus. During the course we need to test students progress and evaluate their abilities to get the knowledge they need from our course. Sometimes our job will be to prepare students for a particular exam. At the end of our course it would be great to get the students' feedback in order to evaluate our own performance and gain valid grounds for improvement of our future programs and courses.
