In unit two, the part of speech of the English language were introduced and described at great length. The different usages, characteristics, and functions of each part of speech were carefully outlined. Although I recognized a majority of the types and functions of parts-of-speech, being a native English speaker, I have also learned how to properly utilize them - such as when, where, and how to implement them in sentences. The information was very well organized and has helped me understand my own language. By having studied and reviewed this information, I will be better at conveying this information to my potential students.
