First and for most, through reading this course unit, i have learnt a lot such as; qualities of a good teacher of which i have come to analyze that among these qualities there are some which are more important than others. for example \"patient and kind\" its true from experience as a teacher, with patience all things become easy and with \"kind\" as a personality the teacher would be able to attend to all learners including the weaker ones with out offending them. secondly, i have learn t a lot from the roles of a teacher in class. for example, when acting as an organizer, should organize his students to do various activities.among other roles include a manager/ controller, assessor, model and many others. however, there are also other factors that help to make up a good learner such as age, learning experience, motivation. with motivation , highly motivated learners have a high interest in learning compared to unmotivated students. language level as one of the factors, is divided into several(7) categories among which include; Beginners, elementary, low/per-intermidiate among others. lastly, i have also learnt many reasons as to why students are motivated to study english: for travel purpose, out of intrest of the language and others. However its also important to tell how greatfull this course unit birngs out the characteristics successful learnres possess amon which include; desire to learn, an acceptance of error correction among others. thank you once again for this great knowledge.
