This unit was very helpful due to teaching special groups now. Teaching in Kuwait I find that there is a wide range of knowledge of English from K-5. Using this tonmy wdvanatage as been very successful in having students help each other. Using their previous knowledge allows my students to take ownership in their learning and to help others.I learned to identify present tenses that are used to express future actions, which I had not paid attention to before the lesson, but which could be very confusing to a ESL learner. I hope to learn more techniques and tips to teach the 12 tenses from future study units, so as to be able to effectively impart this aspect of English grammar.
