This lesson was useful in helping us to understand how to manage and operate a classroom effectively. This imcluded how to utilise eye contact, voice, and gestures. It also showed ways to group students, whether in pairs or otherwise. Also, we learned the importance of balancing talk time, and usefulness in building rapport with students.There are different arrangements of class. We should arrange the class differently according to the traits of the students, space of the classroom etc. When teaching the class, standing position of teacher is important according to the purpose of the class. A teacher should also build a respectful relationship with the student as well.
