Evaluation and testing is the giving of ongoing feedback on students' level and progress, as well as prepare them for common external exams. There are a few key way to measure the language level of a student: tutorials, evaluation by the students and tests. For test, there is placement test, progress test, diagnostic test, and practice test.I didn't even think about having a video clip or text from an interview as an option for teaching students English. It is good that the unit tells me to teach any words that I haven't covered yet before I put on an interview that has said words. The 'jumbled text' activity is a nice way to get the students to understand reading English, too.
