Honestly,I never thought pronunciation and phonology were that difficult to teach.After I finished this Unit, I learnt that the way how you pronounce,the tone you use, how your stress the words made the meaning totally different. As a teacher to help students to pronounce the correctly I need to clear about it and practice it very frequently.It is important for the teacher to be able ro in spire confidence in the students. The teacher must know when to be firm and when to leave the students alone. Teacher have to be flexible, loyal. Classroom management is the skill of organising and managing the class, teacher have to having a friendly, relaxed manner and maintaining discipline.
