Within this unit it goes into how to prepare and carry out a successful lesson when teaching receptive skills. It outlines the importance receptive and productive skills are when learning a new language. I feel I have learnt how to produce an efficient lesson plan for teaching receptive skills, and could confidently carry out a great lesson.Past tenses can also be very tricky and require a lot of practice and learning. Past Perfect and Past Perfect Continuous are the hardest because they are almost the same in some sentences and can be mistaken. I definitely need to work more on tenses and prep accordingly. Much easier tense to use for story telling and activities with students.
