Another breather as far as technicality goes but I found this one more engaging. The depth that teachers have to go to simply pick out words to teach is something I've never considered before coming across it here. All the different aspects of actually learning the words is also an aspect that could be easily overlooked by a careless teacher.This unit talks about two of the four basic skills of any language which are listening and reading. These two skills are known as the receptive skills. After completing this unit, i have learnt about the reason of receptive skills, the problems that arise in teaching and learning of receptive skills and also ways to overcome those problems.
