Teaching can be challenging when one does not know how to go about it and the necessary skills and material needed. This unit has helped to understand the importance and need for lesson planning while still incorporating flexibility. It is hoped that knowledge acquired from this unit will enable the teacher become more efficient and effective.This was significantly harder since this unit was essentially a long list of worksheets. I am beginning to see where the ESA structure fits into a realistic situation much better though. The reference to pages 10-12 in the worksheets for questions 8-12 on this exam didn't really help much though. But I see the logic behind the worksheets flow.
