This class was focused on how to introduce new grammar and vocabulary to students. The way you introduce new vocabulary and grammar will depend on the learning level of the students, but generally, you want to group vocabulary around a central topic. Grammar can be based on specific situations as well as specific grammar constructs. Giving students ample time to practice and be creative with new vocabulary and grammar structures will help students to better incorporate them into their repertoir. Teachers should think about the relevance of new vocabulary, the simplicity of its spelling and pronunciation, and its similarity to words in the students' native language.
