This chapter not only applies to those who are getting TEFL or TESOL. It also is applicable to all teachers. What is striking and agreeable in this chapter is the written options of the use of the course book. Most teachers do teach in a box and would only focus on what is written in the book-bookish-to say. But it was clearly stated that teachers can omit, replace, adapt, or use the course book as supplement. The most challenging and time consuming part is preparation.
