In this unit, I learn a lot about the ESA lesson. I try to practice different types of ESA lessons, like \"straight arrow\" ESA lesson, \" boomerang \" ESA lesson and \"patchwork\" ESA lesson. Be familiar with the lesson structure and use different teaching skills to teach. In the engage stage, I can use lots of ways to do warm up part. During this period, I will not correct students mistakes if they don't repeat this mistake. In the study stage, I will use lots of elicitations to give more time to students. Correct students' mistakes in this part. In the activate part, I will try my best to arrange activities to make the students use language. Focus more on fluency.
