This unit was about teaching special groups and different types of group. Teaching english can be to different types of people for different reasons. Business management might need a special kind of English lesson that differs from adults beginners. This unit does a good job introducing the different types of learners.Following on from the previous subject, this unit takes a close look at teaching productive skills, i.e. speaking and writing skills. It covers techniques and activities that can help both the teacher and student in the English language classroom. I have learnt from this unit how to provide feedback after the activity.
