Unit sixteen centered on repetition of statements and questions exactly as been said or differently but carries the same meaning. it taught how to report what some one had said, is saying or question been asked to another person. It brought to attention how whether plays a role in reported with respect to questions but not used most of the time. The unit also highlighted lessons from previous chapters that dealt with the various tenses. Time of reporting was actually a fundamental element in the reported speech so as to know which exact tenses to use and also the conditional tenses taught how one must pay attention which condition is been applied and how it should be constructed with appropriate tenses. the mixed conditional tenses were very helpful because it use was quite unreal for me but after this unit i have figured it is real and understood the right form to use them.
