To begin , this unit is all about the Common Problems situations encounter by the teachers in the classroom and also suggested possible solutions to deal with them. We Al's have first lessons which have categories such as : New groups , existing groups ,finding out about students needs/aspirations with English ,established rapport between the students and others. Also warmers which are usually short , fun ,communicative activities designed to get students motivated and using English .Some of these warmers ideals include ; Hangman , pictionary ,tongue twister, momery games.There are also different levels like using different materials , different tasks , same materials ,.Large classes can also be a problem despite there are some techniques use by the teachers like ; Using worksheets , pair/group work , clarity ,dynamic ,a point leaders .The use of native language the teacher most encourage use of English where appropriate , reluctant students the teacher can use plenty of pair work , use role- play , tapes recorders.
