I consider Unit 1 Teachers and Learners very clear and helpful. The systematization of the different teacher's roles is very helpful to understand the different roles a teacher performs during a Class or a Term. I consider that all the roles are important to perform a good lesson but they must be adequated to the students and the field covered. Different classes have different needs and as a K1 Teacher Modeling is crucial. Unit 1 Learners Chapter is also very important to understand different students profiles and motivations. A good teacher should be aware of his student's motivations and respond positively to their difficulties and challenges. The relationship between the teacher and the student is crucial to a good learning and as teachers, we should be aware of all the information present in Unit 1.
