In this unit, I have learnt the importance of a lesson plan and how to plan a successful keeping in mind to have a flexible approach as changes/updates can be made in the lesson plan throughout the sequence of the lessons in accordance with the class needs and suitability. I have also learnt that there needs to be a proper course of flow of activities in each stage namely:- Engage phase, activate phase and study phase based on the lesson theme. Most importantly i have learnt that being organized and timely having everything needed ( that is teaching aids) for the lesson is important for a successful and enjoyable classroom for the learners. Finally, a well planned and flexible lesson plan yields to a successful classroom having met the learner objectives at the end leaving both the students and teacher satisfied.
