In this unit, it's all about lesson planning. There are few important functions of writing a lesson plan: as a working document, an aid to planning and as a record. I have learned that writing a lesson plan should be simple, flexible and open to adaptation, have an anticipated time for each activity, maintain the same structure and shouldn't be scripted. I have also learned that it is best to structure your lesson plan more especially when you are just starting with your teaching career so that you'll have a clear guide as to how you're going to do it and what you want to achieve. Also, it is advisable to monitor our lessons so that we can improve our skills and make our class more enjoyable as possible. And by focusing on each lesson's weaknesses and strengths, it will be a great help on developing ourselves as a teacher.
