It's interesting to see the advantages and disadvantages of teaching a class full of adults, there are obvious differences between teaching business English as compared to teaching younger students of varying degrees (young learners, adolescence, college students, and so on), one must be able to navigate this type of environment while ensuring that the students are learning and practising their English. Some of the content in this chapter is a review of some of the lessons I took for the original TEFL certificate, although sometimes they are explained in line with BE and they give examples of how to use it in lessons for this level. It also helps the teachers decide what kind of class they want to teach, may that be individual or group, as well as consider factors outside of what has been discussed such as the type of company.
