Unit 3 reflects while its ok to be creative while teaching English,but we must understand first understand the methodology of teaching. It explains that all teachers, especially new techers, how to engage, activate, and study with students.I realize how difficult it can be for students to improve their pronunciation. We as teachers have to make sure we provide them with all the necesary tips and ideas for them to practice. I also realized I am very good with phonetic simbols.The unit tackled the evaluation and testing. I have learned about the Cambridge exams such as FCE, CPE, PET, KET< CAE, Skills for life and BULATS. I have learned that giving a placement test is very important to assess the student's level.
