Unit 3 deals with syllabus design and testing. The syllabus design information was of particular interest, and I intend to research this further after completing the course, especially with regard to the different terms (structural, functional/notional, etc.). For now, the included examples are a great help as always. I also learned a lot about the categories of testing- previously, for example, I may have lumped diagnostic and placement into the same category. I was curious about norm referencing and criteria referencing- I couldn't find the section of the lesson that mentioned these, though I found information related to referencing online. Did I miss something?
