This unit consisted of two videos; one showing a lesson executed poorly by a teacher with a bad attitude and the other showing a well planned lesson by an engaging teacher. I feel that I learnt more from the second video in the lesson than the first as the first video was fairly obvious in showing the mistakes the teachers was making. Not only did the second video show the importance of the teacher's attitude and good examples of building teacher-student rapport, such as learning everyone's names by getting them to show them on their desks, it was also the first time I could watch a visual representation of the ESA framework I've been learning about in previous units.
