This unit describes some of the more intricate situations/class dynamics that teachers can encounter, and how to deal with them properly. It looks at the first classes, and the importance of establishing a strong rapport. It also describes the special dynamics of mixed level classes, and how to best deal with them. Lastly, it explores a great variety of different classroom dynamics, and how to approach them (such as larger classes). I have learned practical techniques for creating strong learning environments in special situations. I also understand the importance of considering a great number classroom factors (both obvious and subtle factors) when approaching a class.
