What I have understood from this unit is that a teacher should have good skills in being able to organise and manage a class. A teacher should be friendly in nature but should also know when to be firm and when to leave the students alone. I feel that teachers and students understand each other better when there is good rapport between them and it will also help motivate the students. A teacher should be able to understand why a student or students are behaving a certain way and should also be able to help prevent it from happening as well as knowing how to respond to it. I feel that it is very important that there is mutual respect between both the teacher and students.
