This unit has talked about the two main roles of the teaching-learning process: being a teacher and a student, what makes a good performance of each role and its characteristics. I believe a good teacher needs to be truly engaged with the learning process of each student, be passionate about his profession and care about the well-being of every student (emotionally, mentally, psysically). I also believe that there´s no good or bad student, i think all students are different there's a huge variety between motivation, interests and needs that a good teacher would have to adapt the learning to all those characteristics, and therefore motivate and encourage the students.
