I realized from this Unit that it's very important to analyze students' profiles in advance. The plan and programme of lessons should be based on their previous experience, knowledge (level) and age. Due to these factors learners will have different motivation, so teacher should search and choose the appropriate ways to encourage them. Depending on the level, age and culture teacher also can decide which activities to use and what kind of tasks to give and which role to play during the lesson. One more important issue is to find the correct way to estimate progress in learning for student on each level. As well as to give appropriate motivation and support while studying.
