This unit taught me the different roles of a teacher and in what situations all of those roles could be best used. The unit also talked about the different types of learners I might encounter based on their age and English level. It taught about the difference between adult and the three levels of younger learners. Then it helped you differentiate between the different English levels. In this unit I learned that a teacher has many different roles depending on what they want to teach or what learners they are teaching. I also learned that not all students can be treated the same, but that many different factors influence how we need to teach and interact with our students.
