This chapter was about engaging different level students and gauging their fluency and using creative ways to engage them and keep them interested

I feel that I did a brief review of grammar lessons and I learn new activities that I can do with my students during this unit, I believe that studying tenses in English is hard for Chinese students because their language is so different, it doesn't exist time in the Chinese language, they use few characters to describe what happened, what is happening and what will happen in the future, I know that because I'm teaching English in China and I learned their language for few months for that reason I can say that this unit can be challenging for students, however it can be very exciting and entertaining to teach with the sample activate teaching ideas that I saw in this unit

The two videos in the unit provide a striking example of how the teacher behavior influences the class and the student

What I feel I have learnt from this unit is that I have never previously stopped to think of why I use my chosen words in the way I use them

Figuring out which materials to use in course lessons is probably the toughest part of lesson-planning for me

The content of this unit really opens up one?s sense of English in terms of all the different tenses and their condition?s

I realized from this Unit that it's very important to analyze students' profiles in advance

The learning theories are the Maturation theory, the Environmental theory and the Constructivism theory

Overall i have noticed a good teacher is someone who cares about their teaching but should care more about the learning of the student

I found this section very helpful as it started to remind me of all the different types of speech english actually has and how complicated it must be for students trying to learn
